  1. Do you ship abroad?
    Yes!
  2. Where are the kids bedding products shipping from?
    Normally ships from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and China Mainland. 
  3. How long will you need to fulfill order?
    Usually, fulfillment time takes 1- 5 working days. For Early Bird Option or Customize Order, We will confirm with you the leadtime at the first time we receive your order.
  4. What’s the delivery time?
    3 - 5 days usually. For international countries, we use air shipping and delivery takes 5 - 14 days.
  5. Items are missing from my original order, what can I do?
    Please don't hesitate to contact us at anytime and we will arrange the missing item sending out as soon as possible.
  6. My product is damaged, can I get a new replacement or refund?
    If the kids sleeping bag or blanket arrives broken, please send it back and we will either send you a new replacement or issue a fully refund.
  7. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?
    Please contact us within 15 days from receiving the product if you are not satisfied. All you will need to do is return the stuff, and we will issue a refund. The cost to return the product is at your own expense.

About Customized Order

You can let us know whatever you want,  we will evaluate and come back to you with the confirmation usually within 24 hours.

It deponds on the details. Usually for specific color or pattern it takes 7-15 working days for production. For delivery we will use DHL and other international air shipping agancy, usually takes 3-5 working days.
